I first discovered yoga with Adriene through Youtube. Adriene has her own Youtube channel where you can find a range of yoga videos as well as a couple 30 and 31 day yoga challenges. The best thing about Adriene is that she is super quirky, fun and relaxed which makes the practice even more enjoyable. It’s always good to mix it up – I’m always flicking between Do Yoga with me and Yoga with Adriene for variety. Adriene’s classes typically go between 20 – 40 minutes.
